I weighed 202.8
I lost weight…that’s very weird as I ate so much yesterday.
Gave myself the shot this morning, it went better than yesterday although when I pulled the needle out there was blood. That was a little weird. I am still loading, not real hungry today but I am making myself eat. I will be starting the 500 calorie a day diet tomorrow. I am drinking over 60 oz’s of water and trying to slow down on the Diet Cokes with Lime. I don’t have a headache today and I have only had 1 Diet Coke as of about 3pm.
