Day 1 B January 22nd 2008
I weighed 202.4.
I got up and gave myself my shot around 6am. I have eaten quite a bit today and drank over 60 oz’s of water. As well as drinking several Diet Cokes with Lime and a couple cups of coffee. I had the worst headache ever all day until I drank the coffee around 4pm.
