Day 1 A January 21st 2008

I weighed 200.2.

I started the HCG Diet on the 21st of January 2008. I met with 2 of my brothers so they could show me how to mix it up and then load the syringe and give the shot. It was in the evening, around 6pm. My brother Nolan suggested that I give myself the second shot the next morning. So I really consider the 22nd as my first day. I drank over 60 oz’s of water after I got home from my brothers that evening.
