I weighed 204.2.
I got my shot ready, cleaned the area and then gave myself the shot. Within a few minutes I felt and rushing sensation through my body and it really freaked me out. I got up and checked to see how I looked, whether I was pale or flushed and then walked around a little. My hands were shaking uncontrollably and the feeling intensified. I checked my pulse and it was normal. I emailed my brother Nolan to see if he had experienced this or had heard of anyone else experiencing it. Later I received an email back that indicated I had probably hit a vein, because the solution moves through your body much faster if you do that. The feeling faded over about 1 to 2 hours. I will be extremely careful from now on giving myself the shot; I do not want to experience that sensation again.
I drank over 60 oz’s of water and several Diet Cokes with Lime. I have also had a low grade headache all day. I am not really hungry, but I am eating a lot.
